This unique, wonderfully carved round pedestal urn stand is approximately 23.50 tall and 40 around at its widest. It is in really good condition, perhaps because it was in storage for many years.
It has a round marble insert on the top, approximately 6.75 across in the middle of wooden circle of wood approximately 10 across.
The legs are bowed out with a slotted design at the bottom.
I have not seen anything like it to compare, as it is really heavy and ornamental and I am sure worth a lot more than the 1996 appraised price of: $304.60 incl. ins.

SIX ANTIQUE CHAIRS WITH BALLOON BACKS AND RED LEATHER SEATS
These six chairs were in our Grandparents home in England. They all have balloon backs and original red leather seats.
Most are in great condition, but one has a broken top back, with all the pieces included, plus, there appears to be some damage to the seat of the same chair, also one has the bottom open and the straw (original) stuffing is revealed and one has the 1950s version of duct tape (military) holding the wooden pieces underneath after they were glued?
Amazingly they survived the blitz with only these few damages.
Probably because these were in storage and not moved about for many years.
These were appraised in 1996 for $200.00 each. We are willing to sell them for $622.00 for the set, as some are damaged. $622.00 incl. ins.
